Guided tours can include a scenic drive with photo stops; gentle or moderate level walks; visits to a Dartmoor farm, markets selling local produce, arts and crafts; village/town; and cafes with cream teas, or pubs for drinks/lunch/dinner.
Your group will be enthused and entertained by behind-the-scenes insights and commentary along the way as we explore magnificent granite tors, fascinating archaeology, beautiful flora and fauna, mystical myths and legends about giants, pixies, dragons, witches, ghosts, and Hound of the Baskervilles; as well as what life is like living up here on the Moor.

Corporates & Organisations
Invite your management team or staff outdoors for an active and engaging experience that can support organisational objectives such as teamwork, employee engagement and performance, leadership, sustainability, creativity, strategy planning, and wellbeing.
Dartmoor offers opportunities for enjoyable exploration and learning as well as more challenging environments with its elemental weather and terrain.
“We had a great group walk with Dartmoor's Daughter. We spent the morning in two groups at slightly different paces (upon request) walking around and learning about Haytor and its surrounds as part of a company event. The weather was on our side and we were joined by our dogs (on short leads due to nesting birds). In arranging the walk, we were supported by Emma and the team suggesting appropriate venues (as we were expecting staff from our four offices across the South West) and she was also able to recommend local venues as a lunch spot afterwards. We had a really lovely morning and hope to arrange another walk with Dartmoor's Daughter soon.” - Plymouth KG

“Emma’s retreat was pitched perfectly, with just enough going on to feel led and held, and just enough downtime to take a minute for yourself should you wish to. Her authenticity and wealth of knowledge, her expertise in creating ritual and telling stories, all make for a wonderful experience always - but very much so for a weekend in the heart of Dartmoor soaking up its energy, history and beauty. Emma and the team have such respect for the land and the area, and such passion for enabling others to experience it and enjoy it. A really wonderful weekend - I was not ready to leave.”

“Best Dartmoor experience ever: Emma is absolutely brilliant. We have been on various outings with her as part of a Home Ed group and she always engages the children (and adults), through her fantastic knowledge and wonderful stories. Her love for Dartmoor is infectious and we always come away filled with joy and happiness.” - Becky
“Incredible way to spend an afternoon! I booked a large group tour as part of a university conference I had organised. From the booking process and all the questions, to the end of the tour, was just fabulous. Emma was an absolutely wonderful guide, and tailored the tour perfectly to us all. She was knowledgeable on such a wide range of topics from urban legends about the area, to history and archaeology, as well as flora and fauna. The whole group thoroughly enjoyed the tour and I will definitely be back! She also brought her dog along with her so it really couldn't have been a better day, a truly perfect afternoon enjoying the beautiful and interesting scenery that Dartmoor has to offer!’ - Issy C
