Walk & Wild Swim - Dartmoor Walking Festival

walk & wild swim DWF 2019.jpg

Journey back in time by walking part of the old South Zeal-Hangingstone Hill peat merchants and tinners track that skirts dangerous Raybarrow Pool, visiting the Bronze Age Whitmoor stone circle with its magnificent 360 degree views, and impressive reconstructed triple stone row known as the Graveyard or Cemetery. Climbing up Cosdon Beacon for stunning views, we end our day with a refreshing swim at the beautiful Shilley Pool. For safety reasons this event is limited to those aged 16 and over. Total distance will be just under 6 miles.
