Spring Wild Edibles and Medicine

'We don't need to reconnect to nature, we are nature.' Discover wholeness and health as Brigit Anna McNeil and Dartmoor's Daughter lead you on a journey into the moor and the woods along the river to explore Spring's edible offerings.

You will learn how to identify edible seasonal plants and leaves, seeds, flowers, and roots. And understand how to prepare them for cooking and eating or for potent medicines to nourish, strengthen or cleanse. We will make something simple as a taster together or share a wild tea. This will be determined by what we find on the day.
