Tucked away in a private garden in Gidleigh village are the ruins of a 13th-century castle. Usually off-limits to the public, join us for a unique opportunity to explore Gidleigh Castle with local Dartmoor expert and guide Emma Cunis of Dartmoor’s Daughter.

Local historian and owner of the castle, Michael Hardy will also be offering a captivating glimpse back in time as you discover more about the castle’s past. Savour a sumptuous full afternoon tea on your return and take a special gift home with you.
