Celebrate upcoming Beltane and the greening of the earth with a two-day, two-night retreat at beautiful Bala Brook. Enjoy a nourishing combination of walks, rest, meditation, ritual, stories, foraging and delicious seasonal meals. Each day will start with a meditation and sharing circle, and then together we will walk the extraordinary and ancient Dartmoor landscape learning about and listening to the land, ancestors and myths as well as our own inner wisdom as to how we might want to align our intentions for growth in the year ahead.
