Potted History - Summer Fun for Children

potted history.jpg

Bring your children on a fun and fascinating stroll through ancient and modern history. We will explore how people lived thousands of years ago as we walk through the ruins of Bronze Age settlements and ceremonial complexes including a stone circle, rows, and a standing stone. Then we will sit together in the ruins of their homes to make a replica clay pinch pot like our Neolithic ancestors may have done or a simple woven bracelet made from Dartmoor sheep wool.
